The master degree in Mechanical Engineering for the food industry has the purpose of giving technical and scientific knowledge in basic science, with particular references to the microbiological science and to the chemical food industry. Subjects related to the food industry Engineering, with a special focus to packaging, to hygiene and to the food technologies, are studied.
The Mechanical Engineer for the food industry will be able to use this knowledge to understand and solve food industry’s problems, that require an interdisciplinary approach.
